GI AND NOGI
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a submission grappling discipline that uses leverage, timing, and technique to control and submit an opponent. Perfect for self defense, BJJ allows less physically capable people to protect themselves against bigger, stronger, and faster opponents. This is our largest adult program, and the foundation of our children’s classes. Jiu Jitsu is a “lower impact” sport that is great for people of all ages that want to train a proven-effective art with lower risk of injury than more kinetic disciplines. We also have a large competition team for those that want to test themselves and have a goal other than personal protection, fitness, and community.
